S.R. 12; Bryce to Henrieville Roundabout and Pavement

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Starting in spring 2021, UDOT will begin construction on S.R. 12 near Bryce Canyon National Park. The project will extend the life of the roadway and enhance safety by rehabilitating the pavement and constructing a roundabout.

During construction, drivers can expect single-lane closures with alternating one-way traffic and delays up to 15 minutes in the area.  For those traveling between Capitol Reef and Bryce Canyon, plan extra travel time in case of delays at all three construction zones (about 45 minutes for a worst-case scenario). Construction is expected to be in winter 2021. Click here for latest construction information.
